Author's Guide
This is the important information for authors to have a
presentation at ICEP2011.
We will put the Media Counter in order to
confirm and receive the presentation material
for smooth operation of the
conference.
Please read the following instructions:
1) Oral
presentation is within 25 minutes, including 5-minute question and answer
session.
2) A PC and projector will be in the room.
3)
Please come to the Media Counter after the registration.
The Organized
Committee member will receive your presentation material
via CD-R or
flash memory.
We would ask you to prepare the presentation material in
Power Point.
4) Please name your presentation material according to
the following rule.
File Name = DRS-n.ppt
*D is day of the week; (W,
T, F)
*R is room name; (A, B, C, D)
*S is session number; (1, 2, 3,
---)
*n is your presentation number; (1, 2, 3, ---)
ex.)
WA1-1.ppt
5) We ask you to have a briefing from the session
chairman.
We will inform you about time and place of briefing here
later.
The Organizing Committee would like to ask all of
presenter to follow these instructions
for reliable conference
operation.

Young Award
The
organization committee of ICEP 2012 will gives some awards
to superior
and outstanding papers.
One of them is "IEEE CPMT-J Young
Award".
This award will be given to young scientists and
engineers
who are younger than 35 years old,
to encourage them to
do their Research & Development.
Would you please answer about your
age to nominate or not to this award.
