Regarding Lunch
As there are few restaurants in the area, we kindly ask that you bring your own lunch if possible.
A designated lunch room will be available on each day as follows:
April 16: Room C
April 17: Rooms B, C, D, E
April 18: Rooms B, C, D, E
Please note that food and drinks are not allowed in the Hall (Room A).

We will offer a complimentary shuttle service from Nagano Station to the venue.
